Dear Dato' Lee,
Thank you for letting me know. This apartment has given us enough strain and we will pray hard we win in the hearing. But may I ask why the previous developer can still sue. I thought that since the previous developer's contract is for the 3 years after a certain period they could have no control or say in the apartment. Why is there not a clause in the legal system that stipulate a timeframe for the developer ? I guess what the previous developer wants is his share of the till on the not sold units and shoplots. That is why this case comes about.
Nevertheless, there is not much we as purchasers can do but wait and pray for good news that this will be the last hurdle we all have to go throught.
On a personal note, I like to thank you and PWC as well as Ambank for all you have done for us. All of you saw this through for us and we can't complain but be very grateful for the support and effort put into completing this apartment. I for one is very pleased with how the apartment looks.
Thank you again, Dato'
Your sincerely,
Pauline Choe

Dear Pauline Choe,
I do not know what right the previous developer has to ask for the injunction. It will be up to the court to decide. PWC has appointed a lawyer to defend the case.
Yours sincerely,
