Well, we almost concluded with a sound developer in
January, but due to defeat of BN ( this guy was linked
to BN ) the person went Missing In Action and cannot
be contacted.
However, not letting things down, PSSB has almost
secured 2 parties to restart the project.
The current proposal is to break the development into
2 parts. The commercial and the residential. The
mechanics are being worked out and hopefully, we will
be able to present the details to RHB bank sometime
next week.
Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope that the deal
is done and the project resumes.
