With regards to the injunction case by Yap Kwee Chai,
the court has set continue hearing on the 5th of May.
As i have been getting non stop calls from frustrated
purchasers on when we are going to get the keys, we
have planned a trip to Melaka High Court on the 5th of
May and hope that purchasers can get first hand look
at the on going case.
As such, all purchasers who want to go to melaka on
the 5th, kindly let me know thru my e mail at

name, unit no. and contact no. to my mobile

We will arrange a bus or two or three according to
response. Breakfast will be arranged and all
purchasers can park at the 5th floor Rhythm Avenue.
You must be there by 6.00am and the bus will leave
