Hi Y.Bhg Dato' , all committee members and all buyers,

GOOD NEWS, THE INJUNCTION HAS BEEN LIFTED.

The Melaka high court has granted the buyers of Rhythm
Avenue their wish. After a very tiring 10 long years,
we are finally getting our keys.

I would wish to thank the lawyers who acted for AMBank
and Pwc for their effort. I would wish to thank MH
Masalam for their helping hand and most of all all the
17 buyers who came with me to the Melaka High Court.

Yip & Team from AMBank and Yoga from PWC were present
to show their support.

PWC will contact all buyers real soon for the handing
over of the keys.

Victory has prevailed

It was an exciting moment when all of us are waiting out side the high court compound queing for our case to be heard. All together there are six cases to be heard on that day and our case was the last. We were signalled by Pritpal to enter the high court when the fifth case was going on.

Our six lawyers were well prepared with high confidence and victory mood, whearas our opponent lawyer equipped with only an A4 size and 3" x 3" paper standing alone by himself. In fact Yap Brother's lawyer is a replacement as their appointed lawyer purportedly having 5 criminal cases to attend, and their main intention is to seek permission from the judge for another extention and postponement.

Our lawyers springs into action immediately defending our case. Finally, the judge making a reasonable and professional decision to throw out the Yap Brother's request. We won the case finally.

I sincerely appreciate the efforts shown by the AMBank and their lawyers and Mr Yoga from PWC and their respective colleague who were not present at the high court.
