Development Project Abandon

I buy a apartment in Lagoon Perdana, but now the project is abandon, and the development (Tenaga Gagah) selling this project to other new development (Honour Prestige).

So what can I do, can I cancel the sale and purchase agreement, and take 10% of the selling price that I had have paid to development (Tenaga Gagah), my financier Hong Leong bank had also released 30% of the selling price
