Good evening.
It is very inspiring to witness the formation of another group of highly motivated residents from SS14 Road 5 on enhancing security issues in the neighbourhood. Today's meeting which emphasised measures to "secure" another part of SS14 is highly welcomed by all.
Be it engaging security guards or even patrolling your streets, this will help ensure a better and safer neighbourhood.
Several issues were raised - how do residents safeguard their security, how can the police help, and what can we do and can't we do - all very pertinent questions in keeping our homes safe.
ADUN Subang Jaya Dato Lee Hwa Beng who was present praised the initiative and fully supported the formation of the pro-tem committee for this section of SS14. He pledged to support in as many ways as his office could assist this newly set up initiative by residents.
Also present was the new Officer in Charge of Station (OCS) SS17 Chief Inspector Sulaiman Baputty who pledged his team's assistance for crime prevention.
On behalf of the SS14/7 Neighbourhood Watch, we welcome you to our fold of brothers and sisters working together in partnership to prevent crime and to forge a better and closer relationship amongst all in the area.
WELCOME ON BOARD....together we shall succeed!!
