Dear Lim Kim Seng,

I think this is a very serious matter.  I have heard so much (and I am sure it is true) about MPSJ’s enforcement’s rude and aggressive attitude.  Most of the time, the victims just complain to me but did not wish to file a formal complain.  In this case you must be serious as you have attempted to lodge a police report.

I suggest you lodge a police report again in SS17 Police Station.  See the OCS, i.e. Tuan Suleiman and mentioned that I suggested that you make this report.  With the police report and your video clip, I shall bring you to see the YDP.  We shall give the YDP a chance to take action against the enforcement officers.

Failing that I suggest you go to the press. This is the only way to inform MPSJ Enforcement officers that they too have to follow rules.  Puan Anita, the MPSJ legal officer cannot say this is a very small matter.  It is VERY serious.

Yours In Service,

Lee Hwa Beng

Dear Sir,

I would like to take this opportunity to tell everyone what have MPSJ did to me and my friend. On 19 April 2007, around 9.30am, we trying to find a parking around SS15 about 15 minute and we give up to find a parking.  I as a student do not have much pocket money and we decided to park our car in front of Burger King ( Double Park) and we sit down for awhile because of waiting for empty parking space. We just sit around 10 feet away from my car and it's just in front my eyes. About 15 minute later, I see a MPSJ (Mohd Yusaini b Azman 861218-56-5691) walking near my car and I go over but what the guy told me "I already took a photo from behind and the summon is already printed (with very rude attitude) but what I see he's still pressing the machine. Is that the way MPSJ summon resident car without checking around or inside the car? Don't there need to confirm whether there is any peoples inside the car? With the shouted voice, my friend came and asked me what happen? And the MPSJ shouted "APA?". My friend goes near him and said what "APA" and then he pushed my friend and run away with shouting "AWAK TUNGGU BABI" and "AWAK TUNGGU CELAKA". We was very surprise because what happen to him? And my friend was very angry because of pushing without any reason.

Two minute later, he does bring another three persons came. One of them never ask anything and started shout me in front of so peoples. The guys who summon my car tried to push my friend again and the other MPSJ guy (Mohd Nazri) tired to use his helmet to scare my friend. Is that the way MPSJ train their workers become a gangster? I was very scare and stay behind to take a short video how they aggressive. One of the MPSJ guy tried to stop me because of taking video. After few minute arguments, my friend said we should make a police report instead of argue because of aggressive action.

We reach police station to make a report but the police officer said we should report this problem to MPSJ first before we make any police report. After that, we go MPSJ and make complain on their complain department. We do show video clip to the girl who work at MPSJ department and she suggested we have to make a police report after this because of aggressive action to resident. She also told me if I wanted to meet their head of department and I have to come again tomorrow morning.

Around 8pm, I went to police station again to make a police report. After reported, I show him the video clip and he was surprised the action MPSJ shows. After the video he suggested me to wait because the officer has to ring up their head of department to look. It's about 1 hour later; the head of officer came and asked me how the situation is. After the understanding, the head of officer said this problem will be investigated.

The next day (20 April 2007), around 10.30am, I went to meet their head of department Puan Anita and she told me this only just a small matter and I don't think that was aggressive and she asked me to pull back for the police report and she will ask the guy come to apologies. Is that covering their staff? Is that the way they solve the problem? Since they so aggressive, what if my car got damaged? Who is going to responsible for all this? How am I going to college? They are making me worry when I park my car.

I very appreciate if this problem can be solved.

Thank You Regards,

Lim (Student)
