 Dear Kulasingam, 

The Millenium Park was privitised to Ravi of Canai & Such during Dato Ahmad Fuad’s time with good intention.  He is supposed to have his Canai & Such outlet in the building and maintain the park at the same time.  He did not start and MPSJ since then had problem trying to terminate him. 

This new YDP has given him 6 months to commence work.  This 6 months will end soon.  After that the YDP promised me that he will terminate the offer letter. 

The Senior Citizen corner in 3K was also carried out during Dato Ahmad Fuad’s time.  The contractor did not do a good job.  Dato Hakim changed the design and Mr Yeong of Subang Jaya Senior Citizen Club refused to take over.  I agreed with him.  This new YDP has done some modifications but still not good enough.   

This is my problem.  The idea was mooted by me during Dato’ Ahmad Fuad’s time.  The problem is the implementation.  You know very well I do not have the all “executive power” over MPSJ.  If I have you can hold me responsible. 

e understanding. JKP Zone 1 had brought up this problem officially with MPSJ so many times too but no effect.

Adding to what Pn Theresa hasentiond.

Two issues Residents at SS13,SS14 are still in the dark about the Millennium Park  and its usage and purpose.Now we are told that it is going to be a hawkers' centre with chan & such group.

We are simply disturbed with the authorities who are irresponsible  in administrating MPSJ. Just do what they like.Several proposals were given for the use of the Park by the RA/JKP. All has fallen on deaf years..

Should we contimue working for  JKP or Hang Up?The Senior Citizens were promised a permenant place at 3K and was assuerd that the building is ready and at the last turong padang (2006) with the last Chairman of MPSJ together with En. Azli who was also present, we were told that we will be notifiend and the committee will be appointed.

 Is it another pulling the wool over the eye project?
