I strongly suggest Mr Pritpal to call for a meeting to solve this issue. We should not allow the new developer to exploit their interpletation of 'terms and conditions' to impose this huge element of cost on us. This terms and conditions should be construe as a standard management procedure and no element of cost should be imposed. Any cost element should be made known to us as buyers from day one. Let us deliberate on this and call for a meeting to discuss the possibility of seeking a legal advice and look for possible avenue in order to set a clear prospective.
Newgate 21 - Car-park issue
it's pointless discussing with PSSB, we need a third party / legal advisor for a court proceeding to determine our rights.
We are caught with this more 'realistic' tussle on this one rather than our innitial 'other' so-called buyer committee for revival of this project where 'funds' are paid for no good returns. We need this pool fund to 'fight' for our rightful parking lots.
The car park issue has become irrelevant. This is because work has stopped. Something must be done fast before it become worse. I was told PWC intends to call a general meeting soon.
Do contact YB Dr Kow Cheong Wei as this falls under his area.

If mr.feelgoodlast wishes, then by all mean form your own committe to fight the car park issue. Right now, my concentration is only to revive the project and hand the keys to the purchasers.
As the so called committee, let me remind you that this is the committee that spent hundreds of hours labouring to revive the project in the past years. This is also the committee that worked with personal funds for the benefit of 1200 buyers. And this is the committe that never took one cent from any buyers.
I am dissapointed with the attidute of some of the buyers and committee members who were conveniently missing during the trying period and now like a ghost come out to champion issues.
Regards
Pritpal
We are grateful for all that this buyers' comittee has done, I only meant for PWH didnot cover this 'grey' area of the issue and leaf us to sort it out by our selves. The other 'so-called' committe that I meant was the faction form by J.G. We still hope u will call for a buyers com. meeting to iron out this issue, regards.
I will talk to PSSB and later, maybe call for a committee meeting to discuss this issue.
Regards,
Pritpal
