Have the opinion when rates anounced 1-10-06 rates to be standardised for high-rise prop and landed. Can any one tell me if im wrong, my good year court mgr adv otherwise.

Tq aachin. Would appreciate u forwarding the article for further discussions and reference to this issue. MC already bore the charges for the pumps and billed to our maintenance charge and don't see the cost of Syabas billing us the different rates. ???

There has been an issue on this matter and if you can highlight it to your MC, that would be good for them to bring the matter with Syabas or NCCC.
