Understand and thanks for clarification. Pls provide JKP with a list of all approved(as of maybe today) developements with details so that we will know and plan for the degree of future problems/quality of life adjustments we will have to make in our lives. MPSJ should be transparent on all going on in the council except for security matters so there is no reason why this should not be made public. In fact from now on this should be published and maintained on the MPSJ website.

The approved or committed projects in Subang Jaya (SS12 to SS19) are :-
1) All areas in SS16 commercial area
2) Former Gazebo area (including SS19 near Valley Club)
3) Land beside SS15 Post Office (committed during MPPJ’s time)
4) Upgrade of Inti College (in process)
5) Upgrade of SS13 Hawker Centre (only hawker centre, badminton & futsal courts)
6) Millenium Park (in process)
Under consideration is the Sheraton Hotel Extension and SS15 temporary market land. MPSJ had rejected the SS14 Hexagon condo but the title is still in developer’s name. I have asked MPSJ to conduct a public hearing for the SS15 market land proposal. I suggest JKP Zone 1 write in now and request to be invited for any hearing on this project. Of course, the LRT is coming in. Will inform you all once the route is finalized by the federal government.
