Kepada
Yg Bhg Tuan Yg Di Pertua - MPSJ
Tuan Ir Jauhari Hamidi
YB Dato Lee Hwa Beng
YB Loh Seng Kok

Greetings to you
Once again ribuan terima kasih for the good work at the Public Hearing on
15th July 2007.

We also thank Sime UEP for withdrawing the proposal to develop the Park in
view of the overwhelming feedback gathered at the Public Hearing to retain
it as a Park.

Some questions surface after this for all of us:
1. What will be the way forward to ensure that the Park remains a Park for
all the Penduduk?

2.   What will be the role and responsibilities of the respective parties in
ensuring that the Park remains a Park?

3.    What assistance will be required of the Penduduk to ensure that the
Park remains a Park?

Thank you Yg Bhg Tuan YDP.  Tuan Ir Jauhari, YB Dato Lee and YB Loh Seng Kok
for your kind attention on the matter.

Warm regards
Theresa Ratnam Thong

Subject: NEXT STEP - Sime UEP

Dear Theresa Thong,

I think the next step will depend a lot on the land owner, i.e. Sime UEP.  He had tried to develop 17 acres and surrender the rest to MPSJ but had failed due to objections by resident.  I do not think the Government will acquire the land as it will need tax payer's fund.  I have already explained in very detail many times why I think MB will never allow public funds to acquire this land.

The next step is for Sime UEP to surrender to the government?  Will they?  Will you if you are the land owner?

Yours In Service,
