Anyone get the offer of reduction / waived of interest from Affin Bank? Shall we all request reduction or waived of interest to Affin bank together?
NG21 & Affin Bank Loan

Which dept of the bank must I approach for this matter? And which should I ask for - waiver or reduction? What if the bank says they haven't got the letter from BNM? Anyone from Affin Bank has done this? Appreciate your advise
Eddie, I did get a special rate from Citibank. However, according to them, they have yet to receive instructions from BNM on the waiver of the interest. If you have any problems on this, please email to Pritpal the following details (in case you have missed out):

2. I.C. No.
3. Loan Account / Lending Bank
4. Actual problem with this bank
