Dear Dato,
Thank you for helping us arrange for the meeting to resolve LP issues. The primary purpose for the meeting is for Talam/TGSB and IJMC to explain to all affected purchasers on the recent stop works at LP and when they can deliver their promise to all purchasers.
Dato, we do not want you to be blamed for the recent stop works at LP. None of us, including yourself should be answerable on Talam/TGSB's behalves. Hence, the urgent need for this meeting.
If possible, please get a representative from the Housing Ministry to sit in this meeting. They must be informed on the latest stop works at LP. We seek the Ministry's help to monitor LP progress based on agreed deadlines among purchasers and the developer.
Kindly advise the details of the meeting the soonest possible, as purchasers are angered due to the frequent work stoppages at LP and Talam's empty promises. Purchasers want to know when TGSB/Talam can hand-over their apartments without further delays and excuses.
Regards,
Nina

Dear Nina,
As mentioned earlier, Ms Chua from Talam and Mr Quah from IJMC suggested to meet after the contractor is appointed. It is in the process of being appointed.
If no appointment of contractor by the time we meet, there will be nothing to discuss.
I shall keep on pressuring them.
Yours In Service,
Lee Hwa Beng
