Kindly disseminate this meeting to those purchasers who are without email accessibility. Pls inform them the urgency and important of this meeting. It would be final and anything that is decided by the newly formed JMC with regards to Mutiara issues, would be considered agreed by all purchasers on your behalf.
If there is a low turn out, JMC would not be able to form. This would hinder MC to move further a step on other issues which relates to Mutiara Court such as extracting of strata title, 5% stakeholder sum, LAD claims, Building Insurance, House Rules, Security Issues, Management Fees, etc.....

Venue: Mutiara Court Perdana
Agenda:
1) Forming the Joint Management Committee (JMC) officially. Current Pro-Team Committee would be dissolved. Newly form JMC to carry on the forming up of Joint Management Body (JMB) with MPSJ assistance.
2) Final Hand Over of Mutiara Court Apartment to Mutiara Court Purchasers.
3) Appointment of Security and Management Company to run the Mutiara Court Apartment.
4) Other issues. Newly form JMC to follow up on Building Insurance (which is going to expire in Mac 2008), Strata Tittle, 5% Stakeholder sum, LAD Claim, House Rules, Security Rules and other related matters with regards to Mutiara Court Perdana
Your attendance on this coming meeting is very crucial to form the JMC. We are expecting a 100% attendance on this date. Valuable suggestions which benefit all purchasers are appreciated.
