Re: Recent Stop works at LP Uncompleted Blocks-Next Steps Ahead
Dear Dato Lee,
We are very tired of waiting and paying at the same time. We are not
rich people who live in bungalow. We just want a small place that we
can called home. These delay arise again and again, we have forsake
the LAD to buy our way into getting our home but again we are very
dissappointed. Please lend us your hand and show that we still have a
hope for this New Year.
I believe if we want, we can just ask everyone to come to the site
office on this saturday in the morning to get more clarification from
either IJM or TGSB side. Unless they think there is no way for them to
drop for just 1 or 2 hours for discussion. Then I think they are not
sincere to finish the job. We are being led around and nowhere. Hope
to hear some good news.
Regards,
Jason Choo

Dear Jason Choo,
I have asked Ministry of Housing, Dr Param to look into this matter. I have also contacted IJMC and Talam and both told me that they are in the process of appointing the new contractor and work should resume after Chinese New Year.
The old contractor was appointed by Talam and had since been terminated by IJMC. The contractor for Belvedere was appointed by IJMC and work has not stopped at all.
Bye.
Yours In Service,
