At the hearing at the the Melaka High Court on Monday morning, the learned Judge granted our application to deliver vacant possession and keys to all parties entitled to it. Our solicitors are in the midst of preparing the draft Order to be signed by the High Court.

Well, we almost concluded with a sound developer in
January, but due to defeat of BN ( this guy was linked
to BN ) the person went Missing In Action and cannot
be contacted.
However, not letting things down, PSSB has almost
secured 2 parties to restart the project.

I apologise for the delay in reply as we were waiting for clarification from our solicitors with regards to our ability to deliver vacant possession (VP) and keys, in order for us to give you a meaningful update. We successfully obtained the Certificate of Fitness for Occupation("CFO") from MPSJ on 28 March 2008 for Blocks A, B, C and the retail podium. However, our ability to deliver vacant possession ("VP") and keys to the purchasers is always subject to our position with regards to the injunction specifically, and the legal suit (both action brought by the directors) as a whole.

I do not know what right the previous developer has to ask for the injunction. It will be up to the court to decide. PWC has appointed a lawyer to defend the case.
