UNITED Junior won the Subang Jaya USJ futsal league when they defeated The Rookie 3-0 in the finals here at the at the SS19 Futsal Court recently. 

As the champions, United Junior received RM500 while The Rookie returned with RM300. In third place was United FC who edged Skuat Ginga 2-1 on penalties.

THERE is a twist to the latest event hosted by the Subang Jaya Community Sports Club (SJCSC) and keen veteran footballers residing within the Subang Jaya vicinity will be out to vie for the inaugural Piala Datuk Lee Hwa Beng Subang Jaya Veterans football tourn-ament to be held at the 3K Complex and Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) sports complex fields today.

The Subang Jaya Community Sports Futsal tournament was a big success. The tournament, organised by the Subang Jaya Community Sports Club and Petaling District Youth and Sports Department, catered for two age groups - boys' Under-15 and boys' Under-20.

THE low vertical wall looked seemingly easy to scale, but climbers certainly had more than their fair share of sweating it out as they mind-boggled through various routes en route to the top. 

The event was The Summit ROXX 2007 Climbing Competition, and participants would agree how deceiving looks (and in this case, the wall's contour) can be!

THE campaigning has begun, not for the next general elections, but for the Subang Jaya 10km Run to be held at the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) complex on July 1. 

Datuk Lee Hwa Beng, the organising chairman and also the Subang Jaya state assemblyman, was at the Alice Smith International School for the Subang Jaya Community Youth Football League (SJCYFL) recently and he took the opportunity to promote the SJ 10km Run.
