I had informed Jessica earlier that I will be attending the presentation of JMC Certification tomorrow. However, I was just told by Jessica that En Azmi, representing the YDP MPSJ, had said that I cannot attend this function as MCA is now in the opposition.
Hence, although I would very much like to, I am very sorry to say that I will not be able to attend this function or assist you further in this matter.
I think all of you should be thankful to Jessica Loke and the committee to arrange this meeting. We need to form this interim MC to save the apartments.
MPSJ was chosen as the venue to ensure more government representatives will attend and definitely more condusive for meeting.
I have asked the Sunway Police look into this case.
I heard that the indonesian workers at our Mutiara Court are not being paid their salaries. Therefore some units' tiles, cables and other stuff were stolen. Would urge all of you to install grille sonnest possible to avoid any further losses.
Pls find attached letter calling for first AGM and final hand over. This is final. No more further delay. Kindly fax over to Lim Chee Beng of Merge by today. He will send out this letter to all purchasers as mentioned by Dato on last Tue meeting. Besides, pls help to fax over to Cik Mafuza of Insolvensi Malaysia by today too.

Come for the meeting this Saturday at 3.00pm at the site. Your attendance is important as we are forming a Joint Management Committee with MPSJ, the developers and the buyers. This JMC will take over the management of the project immediately.
We cannot wait anymore as the developer has shown little interest. Hence, we are forming this JMC to take matters into our hand.
Just called the site supervisors of Mutiara Court. Seems like water tank leakage problem has been resolved for Block A & B but NOT Block C & D (different water tank supplier) due to inability to get the supplier to solve the problem. He said he will follow up on the matter.
Kindly attend this important meeting with regards to our Mutiara Apartment's future. One of the important issue would be on the security guards and setting up of the JMB. Dato Lee is chairing this meeting. Pls turn up and show your full support to Dato Lee who has been helping us to get the electricity and water. Pls feel free to discuss Mutiara issue and hope it can be solved before Chinese New Year.
Latest update. I have spoken to Lee,site supervisor. He said Developer has paid the ex-security guards. However, he still afraid to go to Mutiara Court for safety reason. He has appealed to be place at other site/project. Most of Merge staff currently on leave. All matter concerning Mutiara Court would be on hold.
